Uploaded on websites or mobile applications
Used for marketplace dropshipping activities
Restricted platforms include but are not limited to:
Amazon
Flipkart
Meesho
Nykaa
Myntra
Jiomart
GlowRoad
Shopify stores
Instagram stores
Facebook stores
WhatsApp catalogs
Any social media or online commerce platform
Customers may only sell through permitted offline retail channels unless written authorization is provided by Vihaan Wholesale Trading.
Unauthorized usage of:
Brand names
Product listings
Product images
Photoshoot content
Packaging designs
Logos
Trademark materials
Promotional creatives
shall be treated as:
Trademark infringement
Copyright infringement
Brand misuse
Unauthorized commercial exploitation
Breach of business contract
and may result in immediate legal action without prior notice.
Orders & Payments
Only prepaid orders accepted.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation only.
Once order is confirmed and packed, cancellation may not be accepted.
Shipping, handling and external courier charges are separately applicable unless specified otherwise.
Product Disclaimer

Customers dealing with Vihaan Wholesale Trading agree to receive order related communication through official business channels.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and all related transactions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with laws of India.
All disputes, claims or legal proceedings shall be subject exclusively to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction only.
