Shipping policy

Please take note carefully:

1. 5% shipping and handling charge applicable on total invoice amount after discount.
2. Only prepaid orders accepted. No COD service available.
3. Dispatch will be processed only after full payment confirmation.
4. Order once confirmed and packed cannot be cancelled.
5. Kindly record parcel opening video without pause for any claim purpose. No claim accepted without proper opening video.
6. Minor color variation may come due to lighting and screen difference.
7. Delivery timeline depends on courier service and destination location.
8. During sale season or heavy rush, dispatch may take additional processing time.
9. Vihaan Wholesale Trading is not responsible for delay caused by courier company or natural conditions.

Why no COD?

1. For first order, customer may buy small quantity first to check quality, packing and service.
2. Once satisfied and trust built, then bigger quantity purchase can be done smoothly in future.
