Refund policy
Please take note carefully:
- Wholesale orders are non returnable and non-refundable once dispatched.
Refund or replacement applicable only in case of wrong item or damaged item received. - Parcel opening video without pause is compulsory for any claim. No claim accepted without proper uncut opening video.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours after parcel delivery.
- Used, damaged, altered or resold products are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- Minor color difference, finishing variation or size variation in handmade/imported products is considered normal and not treated as defect.
- Courier damages, delivery delays or lost parcels during transit are courier responsibility.
- We will support from our side for coordination.
Refund, if approved, will be processed within 3-7 working days. - Shipping charges, handling charges and payment gateway charges are non refundable.
- Customer is requested to check order details carefully before payment confirmation.
