Refund policy

Please take note carefully:

  1. Wholesale orders are non returnable and non-refundable once dispatched.
    Refund or replacement applicable only in case of wrong item or damaged item received.
  2. Parcel opening video without pause is compulsory for any claim. No claim accepted without proper uncut opening video.
  3. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours after parcel delivery.
  4. Used, damaged, altered or resold products are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  5. Minor color difference, finishing variation or size variation in handmade/imported products is considered normal and not treated as defect.
  6. Courier damages, delivery delays or lost parcels during transit are courier responsibility.
  7. We will support from our side for coordination.
    Refund, if approved, will be processed within 3-7 working days.
  8. Shipping charges, handling charges and payment gateway charges are non refundable.
  9. Customer is requested to check order details carefully before payment confirmation.
