Client Sourced & Import Requirements
Products sourced against a client requirement may be subject to product classification, import policy, documentation, labelling, duties, taxes, standards, certification and other regulatory requirements prevailing at the time.
Depending on the product, applicable requirements may involve Indian Customs, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), or other competent authorities.
Prohibited & Non Compliant Products Policy
Vihaan Wholesale Trading does not undertake to source or import prohibited, counterfeit, restricted or otherwise non compliant goods. Product references, samples, and proposed designs may be reviewed for commercial and regulatory feasibility before acceptance.
